One of the basic principles of leadership development is that competence breeds confidence. The Insight Nursing Residency Program is designed to enhance your comprehensive nursing skill set, smoothing your transition from student to new graduate nurse. We’ll help you get your nursing career started off on the right foot, making your long-term success inevitable.
Nursing residents will gain broad exposure through a rotation of 6 month assignments in each of the following departments - Med/Surg, ED, ICU - and 2 month assignments in both Psych and OR.
The educational component of the residency includes case studies, patient experience training, and a leadership development track with ongoing mentorship. Research and publication opportunities are also available.
In only 2 years, you can graduate from the residency program and continue on your nursing journey with unlimited potential. More importantly, you can establish yourself as a core member of a team that educates, empowering, and uplifting the local community.
